Secretary / Founding Board Member

Brenda Williams retired from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with 33 years of exemplary and dedicated service in the Division of Cardiology and the Department of Pediatrics. She continues utilizing her administrative expertise in her role as Secretary on the Cardiac Arrhythmia Research Enhancement Support Group (CARES) Board. Brenda worked closely for 25 years with Dr. C. Thomas Peter, the Founder and Former President of CARES and she is one of the original CARES Board Members.

Additionally, she was the Coordinator of the prestigious Greater Los Angeles Electrophysiology Society
(GLAES) of world renowned Physicians for approximately 20 years. Brenda was also the recipient of the Presidents’ Award at Cedars-Sinai - presented to employees who demonstrate outstanding quality performance and leadership.

Throughout her 33 years of employment, she received numerous written and verbal accolades from patients and their families. Brenda has been involved as a
Volunteer in PCS Senior Citizen Program and Arise Christian Center as the Leader of the Greeter’s
Ministry and a Teacher in the Children’s Ministry. A proud Grandmother of three - she spends a lot of her spare time with her family and friends as well as traveling across the country and internationally.
